We completed LL87 retro-commissioning and energy auditing service together with LL88 lighting upgrade and submetering compliance service for a 108-unit multifamily co-op in Sunnyside, Queens. Delivering both scopes as one integrated engagement let us coordinate the audit findings with the lighting retrofit — a turnkey path to compliance for the building.
