Full LL87 retro-commissioning and ASHRAE Level 1 & 2 energy audit for a Flushing condominium, filed with the NYC Department of Buildings.

We completed LL87 retro-commissioning and energy auditing service for Cherry Tower Condominium HOA. Our services included conducting a Building Energy Assessment (BEA), ASHRAE Level 1 and Level 2 audits, a lighting survey, and retro-commissioning of the building's systems — including the building enclosure, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system. The project also involved developing an EER report filed with the NYC Department of Buildings and providing energy-saving consultation.
