We completed LL87 retro-commissioning and energy auditing deferral inspection and filing service for Residence 8 Management. Our services included conducting an energy code inspection of the existing building — including the enclosure system, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system. The LL87 service also included developing an Energy Code Tabular Analysis for filing with the NYC Department of Buildings.
