We completed LL97 (Article 321) and LL88 Lighting Upgrade & Sub-Metering compliance service for a 36,000 SF residential building in Astoria, Queens. Our services included assisting the client with the DOB NOW payment process, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) data, BEAM access, and LL97 filing. We also completed a full lighting survey of the facility to ensure compliance with LL88.
