We have completed LL87 Retro-commissioning and Energy Auditing service and LL88 Lighting Upgrade & Sub-Metering Compliance Service for a 108-unit multifamily co-op unit in Sunnyside, Queens. Our services included conducting a Building Energy Assessment (BEA), ASHRAE Level 1 and Level 2 Audits, a Lighting Survey, and Retro-Commissioning of the building’s systems, including building enclosure, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.

Our LL87 service also includes developing an EER report and filing it with the NYC Building Department.

Finally, we also provided a turnkey lighting retrofit for LL88 compliance service as part of the integrated service delivery to the client.
